Fried tofu

Fried tofu
-----------------
Tofu
Soy Sauce
Corn Starch
Cooking Oil

Cover tofu in soy sauce, just enough to coat it.

Take the sauced tofu and dunk it into the starch, until each side is evenly and lightly coated.

Preheat about 1-2 tbsps of cooking oil, the one in the picture used bacon fat.

When the oil is hot, cook the tofu on each side for about a minute or so.

Remove the tofu from the oil and wrap in paper towels to absorb the grease.

Tofu sauce
-------------------
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chili Oil
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 Green onion, sliced (take the whiter lower parts and separate from the greener prettier parts)

On low heat, (use the skillet from when you fried the tofu, just get rid of the oil) combine all the sauces, and the whiter onion slices.

Mix well, and let sit on low heat for three or four minutes.

Set aside the green slices for the next part.

The whole damn thing
-------------------------------------

Slice the tofu into 1/4th inch slices.

Pour the tofu sauce over the slices.

Sprinkle the green  onion slices on top.

Eat the tofu.
